Support day-to-day health of DRAM photolithography processes, monitoring SPC, metrology and defect signals
Worth knowing
Why it is interesting. Entry-level entry into Micron's high-volume DRAM lithography org, with international onboarding training and exposure to 193/248 nm photo materials.
Might not be for you. Narrowly scoped to non-critical processes with heavy SPC/standard-work execution — limited greenfield R&D; international travel required for onboarding.
Adjacent materials roleFoundational knowledge of lithography processes, photo materials, and defect mechanisms; 365 nm, 248 nm, or 193 nm lithography materials
