Worth knowing

Why it is interesting. Hands-on ownership of extrusion, stranding, and cabling lines with clear scrap-reduction and new-product industrialization scope.

Might not be for you. Production-floor process support, not R&D — heavy focus on downtime, scrap, and SOPs rather than open-ended materials research.
