Required Qualifications

Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering is required.

Experience

Approximately 5\+ years of experience in a manufacturing or controls engineering role, supporting large-scale, high-volume production environments.

Technical Skills: A background in manufacturing or controls engineering with experience in automation and equipment troubleshooting is required.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in a regulated industry such as pharmaceuticals, life sciences, or medical devices.

Knowledge of plastic injection molding or metrology equipment.

PMP or Lean Six Sigma certifications.

Master Molder certification.

Work Environment

• This is a hands-on role requiring the engineer to be on-site and active on the production floor. The environment is fast-paced and execution-focused, demanding high accountability. The role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams and the ability to constructively challenge processes to ensure safety and efficiency.
