Job Description • Lead end-to-end program management for new product launches • Act as the main technical point of contact for customers and suppliers • Own APQP execution through to successful PPAP approval • Build and manage project timelines, budgets, and customer updates • Drive tooling design, mold build, and validation activities • Coordinate cross-functional teams to keep projects on track and resolve issues quickly • Spot risks early and take action before they become problems • Support quoting, design for manufacturability, and feasibility reviews • Travel to customer and supplier sites as needed • Contribute to cost reduction efforts using new technology and automation
