Develop rubber/polymer formulations and commercialize products from concept through production
Worth knowing
Why it is interesting. Full concept-to-commercialization scope with in-house thermal/mechanical testing (FTIR, DMA, DSC, TGA) and pilot production.
Might not be for you. Rubber formulation/molding experience is a hard 3+ year requirement — not a generalist materials entry point.
