Share procedures between units and contribute to Plant outcomes.
Identify and cultivate employees' strengths. Support Shop decisions even in uncertain situations. Offer feedback and ideas for improvement.
Boost performance through consistent mentoring. People Developer: Encourage a life-long learning approach. Ensure development via training and social promotion projects.

Customer & Business Partner: Understand customer needs, guide the Business Unit in generating economic value, and support cooperation with local teams for industrializations, modifications, and digital transformations.
Environment Promoter: Support and influence progress in reducing the environmental footprint, promote sustainability culture, and implement environmental impact strategies. Expertise in Care Vigorously represent the ICARE leadership model. Motivate a passion for ICARE in every employee.
Encourage an inclusive, team-oriented environment and support the shop Support Teams. Operational Excellence Leader: Ensure activities follow MMW (MDP+OR/MAPP). Promote ongoing improvement and achieve Business Unit performance levels.
