Worth knowing

Why it is interesting. Own the engineering lead role for paint shop changepoints across both shops, working directly with Japanese and North American design teams on future model launches.

Might not be for you. Project-management heavy — coordinating changepoints and capital projects rather than hands-on coatings formulation or lab work.
