We're looking for an experienced

Application Development Engineer (ADE)

to partner with aerospace and advanced manufacturing customers on material selection, qualification, and implementation projects. This role blends technical expertise, customer engagement, and business development to deliver innovative solutions and drive growth.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Develop and execute territory growth strategies ✅ Build relationships with engineering, manufacturing, and procurement teams ✅ Lead material qualification and application development projects ✅ Drive new business opportunities and manage a strong sales pipeline ✅ Collaborate with technical teams to develop customer-focused solutions

Qualifications
