Description

  • Lead end-to-end program management for new product launches
  • Act as the main technical point of contact for customers and suppliers
  • Own APQP execution through to successful PPAP approval
  • Build and manage project timelines, budgets, and customer updates
  • Drive tooling design, mold build, and validation activities
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to keep projects on track and resolve issues quickly
  • Spot risks early and take action before they become problems
  • Support quoting, design for manufacturability, and feasibility reviews
  • Travel to customer and supplier sites as needed
  • Contribute to cost reduction efforts using new technology and automation

Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing, or a related field
  • 7\+ years of engineering experience, with at least 5 years in plastic injection molding
  • Proven experience managing complex tooling programs and product launches
  • Strong understanding of APQP and PPAP processes
  • Hands-on experience with mold design, build, sampling, and validation
  • Proficient in SolidWorks or a similar parametric CAD platform
  • Familiar with ERP or MRP systems, IQMS experience is a plus
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
