Duties

Inspection & Testing

  • Perform incoming inspection of raw materials against specifications.
  • Conduct in-process quality checks at defined production intervals.
  • Test finished product testing.

Documentation & Compliance

  • Maintain accurate QC records, inspection logs, and Certificates of Analysis (COA).
  • Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, GMP, FDA, or other applicable industry standards.
  • Document non-conformances and generate Corrective Action/Preventive Action (CAPA) reports.
  • Support internal and external audits.

Process Monitoring

  • Monitor processes for quality deviations.
  • Track and analyze quality data to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Collaborate with production and engineering teams to resolve quality issues at the source.

Collaboration & Communication

  • Work closely with production supervisors, engineers, and management to uphold quality standards.
  • Communicate quality issues and trends to relevant stakeholders in a timely manner.
  • Support customer complaint investigations and provide technical responses.
  • Assist in training production staff on quality procedures and standards.

Skills

  • Extensive knowledge of quality assurance practices within manufacturing environments with experience in QA/QC processes.
  • Strong understanding of ISO standards , GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), , FDA regulations.
  • Familiarity with measurement techniques such as dimensional measurements, GD&T, and analysis skills for defect investigation.
  • Experience conducting quality audits and implementing quality management systems effectively.
  • Basic math skills combined with attention to detail to ensure accurate data collection and analysis in a fast-paced environment.
