Architect SiPh technology integrating novel materials into foundry flows for data center apps
Worth knowing
Why it is interesting. Drive SiPh R&D from concept to test, integrating III-V, TFLN, polymers and BTO into a leading foundry platform.
Might not be for you. Heavy emphasis on SiPh device physics and optical test; polymer materials are only one integration element, not the core focus.
Adjacent materials roleintegration of novel materials (such as III-V materials, TFLN, polymers, BTO..) into SiPh foundry flow
