Job Overview

Coordinate and complete the following functions across sections:

  • Analysis and improvement of quality products yield, utilization, and First Time Yield
  • Improvement of mass production process monitoring and anomaly analysis
  • Risk assessment and improvement of new product/material/process/equipment introduction
  • Implementation of improvement measures for batch quality problems
  • Customer complaint analysis and improvement
  • Field audit support for mass production customers
  • File system maintenance

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree or above, major in electrochemistry, materials, mechanical automation, etc.
  • 6-8 years of relevant working experience is preferred
  • 4 or more years of experience in battery equipment design or battery back-end process improvement is preferred
  • Master the basic principles of product and process design
  • Familiar with the basic knowledge of electrochemistry
  • Master the basic operation of Microsoft Office software, Minitab, JMP and other data analysis software
  • Master engineering methods such as 6sigma, DOE, MSA, SPC, FMEA and 8D
  • Clear logical thinking, strong communication and coordination ability and management ability
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet project deadlines in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
  • Professional proficiency in English sufficient to perform technical documentation, safety communication, and collaboration.

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

  • Regular, predictable on-site attendance is an essential function of this role.
  • Ability to move throughout offices, manufacturing facilities, and construction areas, including walking, standing, bending, kneeling, and climbing stairs or ladders.
  • Ability to lift and carry materials weighing up to 25–50 pounds, with occasional heavier lifting as required, with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • Ability to work in varied environments, including offices, industrial, and construction settings.
  • Willingness to travel to other job sites as business needs require.
