Materials Engineer

Role details

1. Work with sales/marketing to understand customer needs, propose competitive modified PP material solutions and support early project evaluations. 2.

Design, develop and optimize modified plastic formulations for automotive/appliance applications, balancing performance, processability, cost and compliance. 3. Conduct material testing, performance evaluation and failure analysis to validate solutions per customer standards.

4. Provide technical support for mold trials, troubleshooting and continuous improvement to ensure smooth commercialization and stable mass production. 5.

Coordinate with internal teams (production, quality, supply chain) and external partners to ensure effective communication and on-time delivery.
