Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits to potential clients, emphasizing technical capabilities and value propositions.
• Collaborate with sales teams during pre-sales activities by providing expert technical support, answering complex questions, and customizing solutions to meet client requirements.
• Develop and deliver tailored technical presentations and proof-of-concept deployments utilizing cloud services.
• Assist customers in integrating applications within their existing infrastructure by providing guidance via computer networking.
• Support project management efforts by coordinating technical activities, timelines, and deliverables to ensure seamless implementation of solutions.
• Analyze customer needs through detailed assessments, translating requirements into scalable, efficient technical solutions.
• Provide ongoing technical support post-deployment, troubleshooting issues related to applications systems, cloud environments, or network configurations to ensure optimal performance.
• Provide technical support in process engineering utilizing the following dispensing parameters: shot size, flow rate, dispense speed, pressure settings, needle & nozzle selection, and fluid conditioning requirements.
• Develop and optimize dispensing processes for adhesives, sealants, underfills, solder pastes, thermal interface materials, conformal coatings, encapsulations and other specialty fluids.

Qualifications

• Proven experience with computer networking concepts.
• Hands-on knowledge of cloud and SharePoint platforms.
• Familiarity with virtualization technologies for managing virtual machines and environments.
• Proficiency in programming languages for automation and system integration tasks.
• Strong understanding of operating systems for configuration, management, and troubleshooting purposes.
• Experience supporting pre-sales activities through product demos, technical presentations, or proof-of-concept projects.
• Effective project management skills with the ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and deliver results on time.
• Excellent analysis skills to evaluate client needs and recommend appropriate technical and fluid dispensing solutions.
• High levels of communication and customer service skills for delivering product demos and engaging in technical sales conversations.
• Bachelor's degree in: Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or a closely related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, Applications Engineering, Process Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a closely related field.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
