Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Chemist to join our innovative team. In this role, you will lead scientific research and product development initiatives by applying your expertise in analytical chemistry, biochemistry, and laboratory techniques. Your contributions will drive the creation of new formulations, ensure quality control, and support manufacturing processes.

- Conduct scientific research to develop new chemical formulations and improve existing products across various industries
- Perform analytical testing using spectrophotometers, chromatography (gas chromatography and high-performance liquid chromatography), spectroscopy, and other laboratory instruments
- Manage wet chemistry procedures and biochemistry experiments to analyze raw materials and finished products
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards such as GLP (Good Laboratory Practice), CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practice), and ISO 9001 quality management systems
- Utilize laboratory information management systems (LIMS) for data recording, analysis, and reporting
- Support manufacturing processes by performing quality control tests to verify product consistency and safety
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on product development projects to meet technical specifications and customer needs
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Chemical Engineering or related field; advanced degrees preferred
- Proven laboratory experience in analytical chemistry, wet chemistry, spectroscopy, chromatography, or related disciplines
- Familiarity with GLP, CGMP, ISO 9001 standards and laboratory safety protocols
- Hands-on experience with spectrophotometers, gas chromatography (GC), high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC), and other analytical instruments
- Knowledge of laboratory information management systems (LIMS) for data tracking and documentation
- Strong understanding of scientific research methodologies and product development processes
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail and accuracy
