Job Description: This AIRBUS GROUP Special Program consist on 1 year of Master in Composite Material jointly organized with Universidad Politécnica de Madrid (UPM) and 11 months of internship in AIRBUS GROUP. Objective: To prepare high quality trained postgraduates with skills to work efficiently on the research, design and development of composite structures. The Master's content has been chosen to give a sound understanding of all aspects of composites Industries.

The Master focuses on the aerospace industry although the contents and processes are also applicable to other high tech industrial sectors. The course is oriented to graduates in engineering, materials science, physics or chemistry. g.

A320, EFA, A380, A350, A400, etc): - Experts from University - AIRBUS GROUP Divisions - FIDAMC - Other aerospace industries Master's Programme: 1ST TERM Constituents Materials and Characterization. Manufacturing processes for polymer matrix composites structures. Design of advanced composites structures.

2ND TERM Numerical simulation techniques. Analysis of advanced composites structures. Production management: Lean manufacturing.

Certification of aircraft composites structures. 3RD TERM In service behaviour and repairs. Project management and Quality control.

Smart composites. Applications for Space structures. Concurrent engineering.

Environmental regulations. Nanocomposites and biocomposites. Recycling.

Health and safety. 900 € Internship daily time: 7h/day Financial aid: 875€ gross/month Registration from 14/06/2015 to 20/09/2016 via website Skills Entry requirements: - A degree in engineering, technical engineering, chemistry or physics finished. - High level of English and Spanish.
