Coatings Formulation Chemist
to join its technical team.
This company operates at the intersection of specialty coatings, custom formulation, and contract manufacturing , supporting a wide variety of technical challenges across multiple product lines and customer applications.
This is
NOT
a narrow, highly specialized R&D role.
This is
NOT
a “sit in a lab and formulate all day” opportunity.
This IS a highly visible technical role where you’ll help support formulation, manufacturing, troubleshooting, customer needs, and product development inside a fast-moving specialty coatings manufacturing environment.

What we’re looking for
- BS or MS in Chemistry, Polymer Science, Chemical Engineering, or related field
- Real-world, practical bench experience in paints and coatings (for real)
- Strong troubleshooting ability
- Hands-on mentality
- Comfort working in a manufacturing environment
- Strong communication skills
- Someone who enjoys solving problems and wearing multiple hats
