Must Have Technical/Functional Skills

Hands-on wet lab experience in chemicals and polymer synthesis; Ability to work independently in a fast-paced lab environment and support various projects
Experience working with hazardous chemicals and lab safety protocols; Isocyanate chemistry experience preferred but not required.
Preparation and handling of chemical formulations, resins, and solutions; Strong experimental design and problem-solving capability
Familiar with test method development and variety of chemical characterization methods such as titration, FTIR, DSC, polymer structure-property testing etc.
Troubleshooting of reaction, formulation, or material performance issues
Authoring of protocols, reports, and technical documentation
Data analysis and interpretation with clear technical conclusions

Nice to Have Skill

Understanding of GMP and regulated lab environments (medical device/pharma preferred)
Experience supporting IQ/OQ/PQ for lab equipment or processes
Documentation practices aligned with audit-ready and traceable systems
