Develop and optimize composite prepreg materials, resin systems, and impregnation/coating processes
Worth knowing
Why it is interesting. Own scale-up of advanced composite prepregs and high-performance resin systems from lab through commercial aerospace production.
Might not be for you. Split between office, lab, and manufacturing floor with PPE and occasional lifting — not a pure R&D bench role.
