Description of the Opportunity:

We are looking for a hands-on scientist ready to take the next step into leadership. In this role, you will lead from the lab while mentoring a small team. You will drive your own research projects while guiding a team of 4 scientists and technicians, helping turn new ideas into real technologies that support company long-term growth.

Super Best Requirements

: • Ph.D. (or equivalent experience) in polymer science, materials science, chemistry, or related field • 3–8 years of industry or applied research experience • Strong problem-solving skills and creativity in research • Experience with adhesives, coatings, sealants, or polymers • Experience leading projects or mentoring others • Track record of innovation (patents, products, publications)
