Worth knowing

Why it is interesting. Own material qualification for PV modules — damp heat, thermal cycling, UV — at a scaling US solar factory with global supplier exposure.

Might not be for you. Reliability/qualification-heavy with supplier coordination and travel to Korea and Germany; less open-ended materials R&D.
