Job Title: Sr. Engineer, Quality Assurance Job Description: The Role Entegris is currently seeking a Sr. Engineer, Quality Assurance to join our Analytics & Metrology team.

This position will be based in our Burnet facility. In this role, you will provide quality oversight for materials characterization, analytical methods, and laboratory systems that directly impact customer acceptance, yield, and device performance. You will lead the lab department to implement process improvements that will impact lab throughput, testing accuracy, and data stability .

Your role will be the interface between the laboratory and other Entegris departments, including production, quality, product management, and engineering. What You’ll Do Ensure data integrity and compliance across analytical and electronic systems Lead or support investigations (deviations, OOS/OOT, contamination events) Drive continuous improvement in analytical robustness and quality culture yielding reduced variability, improved testing stability, and ultimately improved testing cycle times Drive analytical testing stability and improvement through the use of , and implementation of, statistical process control Provide oversight of training, analyst qualification, and competency Review instrument qualification, calibration, and metrology practices Approve change controls and risk assessments related to analytical testing Support customer, ISO, and internal audits Support the r eview and approv al of analytical methods, validations, and method changes Own , maintain , and drive improvements in laboratory quality systems (ISO 17025 / ISO 9001) Serve as a lab focused SME on quality concepts, systems, and tools, especially structured problem solving and risk analysis tools such as 8D, RCA, FMEA, etc. Provide training for these tools as well as act as expert guide for critical excursions as necessary.
