Manufacturing Engineer-Injection Molding

We are looking to add a Manufacturing Engineer to our team of employee-owners for our facility in Lebanon, KY.

Responsibilities

• Working closely with multiple departments to oversee and integrate new and continuous improvement projects, work cell layouts, automation cells, build product and process validation, and development of work instructions
• Customer support and product/process improvements
• Packaging validation & testing
• Setting up B.O.M.’s
• Tracking Maintenance & Tooling Work Orders
• Coordinating samples for new projects & tooling
• Handling & tracking engineering change orders
• Assisting in ordering of new & replacement equipment
• Overseeing and integrating new and continuous improvement projects, work cell layouts, automation cells, build product and process validation, and development of work instructions.
• Customer support and product/process improvements.

Requirements

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Working knowledge of CAD (SolidWorks preferred)
• Structured approach to problem solving
• Documentation in an ISO environment
• Excellent project tracking and organizational skills
• PLC & Automation Experience
• Hands-on experience in quoting and purchasing equipment and materials for production needs Education/Experience:

• 2-4 year Technical or Related Degree or Previous Experience preferred
