Role details
- Ensure device calibration statuses are properly maintained, including record maintenance.
- Coordinate and participate in the internal audit process, including record maintenance.
- Work with the Quality Engineer to coordinate tool qualification activities involving QA Techs.
- Initiate and ensure proper, timely maintenance of NCM activities including the movement of products in
and out of the non-conforming storage area.
- Actively participate in Supplier Complaint process, including initiation of NCM’s, Supplier Feedback and
CAPA records. Provide representative samples and communicate required information to suppliers.
- Participate in tooling transfer process, including timely completion of relevant process data collect line
items.
- Coordinate routine QC activities, including scheduling of projects/work loads & OT.
- Ensure proper entry and timely closure of data collection records.
- Ensure the general orderliness and cleanliness of the QC work areas, including the non-conforming
material storage areas.
- Coordinate the document control process for QC related work instructions and forms assigned.
- Ensure timely, complete and accurate review of batch records and effective communication of
improvement opportunities identified during the review process.
- Analyze and interpret blueprints, data, manuals, and other materials to determine specifications,
inspection and testing procedures, adjustment and certification methods, formulas, and measuring
instruments required.
- Inspect, test, or measure materials, products, installations, and work for conformance to specifications.
Discard or reject products, materials, and equipment not meeting specifications.
- Notify QA Manager, other management team members, supervisors and other personnel of production
problems, and assist in identifying and correcting these problems.
- Discuss inspection results with those responsible for products, and recommend necessary corrective
actions.
- Record inspection or test data, such as weights, dimensions, and quantities inspected.
- Mark items with details such as acceptance or rejection status.
- Measure dimensions of products to verify conformance to specifications, using measuring instruments
such as rulers, calipers, gauges, or micrometers.
- Analyze test data and make computations as necessary to determine results.

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
