The Dispensary plays a critical role in enabling SpaceX's mission by producing high-quality silicone adhesives, paints, ablatives, and thermal protection materials that support Starship, Dragon, Falcon, and all programs across the company. As a Manufacturing Engineer for the Dispensary, you will develop and optimize chemical processing operations, drive process improvements, and scale production capabilities to meet aggressive rate targets while maintaining the highest quality standards. 00 Your actual level and base salary will be determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on the following considerations: job-related knowledge and skills, education, and experience.
