As we expand our composites capabilities—including prepreg manufacturing and next-generation materials—

we’re seeking a Materials & Process Engineer – Composites to support innovative product development and solve

real-world engineering challenges.

Responsibilities

  • Lead material and process development, including research, testing, qualification, and implementation of

new technologies • Support product development and manufacturing by improving efficiency, quality, and cost while

troubleshooting issues using data-driven analysis • Collaborate with suppliers and cross-functional teams to drive innovation, tool development, and

continuous improvement • Maintain technical documentation, standards, and serve as a subject matter expert in materials and

manufacturing systems

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Composite Materials, Mechanical, Materials Engineering, or related field, with 3–5

years of experience in composites, manufacturing, or process engineering • Strong knowledge of composite materials, polymers, plastics, and manufacturing processes, with

experience supporting product development and operations • Proven analytical and problem-solving skills, including materials testing, qualification, and process

validation • Ability to manage multiple priorities independently and collaboratively, with strong communication and

organizational skills • Experience with thermoplastic/thermoset composites, manufacturing methods (infusion, hand layup,

prepreg), and tools/systems such as CAD, PDM, FEA, Lean Manufacturing, ISO 9001, and supplier

collaboration
