A. Corp. is looking to hire a Tire Field Engineer who is responsible for coordinating and managing field activities related to Toyo products, including product placements, inspections, testing, market research, and reporting, with a focus on supporting field activities around the Great Lakes area .
This role works closely with Engineering, Product Management, Sales, Marketing, and Japan R&D to monitor product performance, identify field issues, evaluate market trends, and support product improvement initiatives. The Tire Field Engineer combines technical knowledge, field experience, and strong analytical skills to provide accurate reporting, recommend solutions, and support informed product and business decisions.

The salary range listed is what we reasonably expect to compensate generally for candidates that meet the specified qualifications and requirements listed on the specific job description.

The salary range for this position is $90,000 - $100,000

- Skilled management of technical work in the field with little to no supervision

- Possess critical thinking and logic skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks depending upon the urgency
- Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excel, MS Access and Computer Skills required
EDUCATION And/or EXPERIENCE A minimum of 2 years of experience in the tire industry required. Minimum Associate’s Degree in Engineering or Automotive field preferred.
