- Increase capability and speed: Run process capability studies, support equipment validation, and reduce cycle times.
- Launch new products right: Partner with engineering, quality, and operations on NPDfrom process design and tooling development to feasibility reviews, PPAPs, first article inspections, and production trialsensuring smooth, disruption-free releases.
- Master the systems: Use IQMS or similar ERP to manage BOMs, routings, production data, and inventory accuracy; strengthen ERP/MES data integrity; generate KPI reports that inform decisions.
- Enable integration: Support system enhancements that better connect digital tools with manufacturing processes.
- Work across the plant: Contribute on cross-functional teams, uphold safety, environmental, and quality standards, and assist with capital projects (equipment specification, installation, and validation).
