Title: Process Engineer (Thermal Spray)

Salary: $115,000 \+ 5% Annual Bonus

Location: Houston, TX Area (Travel Required)

This is an opportunity to play a key role in supporting thermal spray projects from initial proposal through execution and project completion.

The Process Engineer (Thermal Spray) will be responsible for...

  • Supporting thermal spray projects from proposal development through project closeout
  • Collaborating with Sales and Marketing teams to review customer project requirements and RFQs
  • Developing project layouts, schedules, and workflows to support execution
  • Reading and interpreting technical drawings and utilizing CAD software for project-related activities
  • Developing Process Control Plans (PCPs), documentation, and technical drawings
  • Supporting new product introductions, tooling implementation, and robotic programming initiatives where applicable
  • Assisting with software integration related to process control, estimating, budgeting, and inspection

The Process Engineer (Thermal Spray) should have the following qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of thermal spray experience required
  • Experience working within a manufacturing or industrial environment
  • Ability to interpret technical drawings and engineering documentation
  • U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residency required
