Manufacturing Engineer

Minimum 5 Years of Manufacturing Engineering experience within Aerospace Manufacturing

Venteon is currently seeking an experienced Manufacturing Engineer to fill an opening with a leading aerospace manufacturer located near Cincinnati, OH. The ideal candidate will have a strong background developing and improving manufacturing processes for composite aerospace components while working cross-functionally with engineering, production, quality, and customers to drive operational excellence and on-time delivery.

Requirements of the Manufacturing Engineer

Bachelor's degree in Engineering required

Minimum 5 years of Manufacturing Engineering experience

U.S. Citizen or Green Card Holder

Experience supporting manufacturing in an aerospace manufacturing environment

Experience creating manufacturing plans, bills of material, and work instructions

Knowledge of manufacturing process development and continuous process improvement

Experience supporting production, troubleshooting manufacturing issues, and driving corrective actions

Strong understanding of engineering drawings, specifications, and manufacturing documentation

Experience collaborating with production, quality, and customers to resolve engineering issues

Knowledge of composite manufacturing, compression molding, resin transfer molding, or autoclave processes preferred

Experience with tooling design, manufacturing fixtures, or inspection tooling preferred

CAD experience with NX, CATIA, or similar software preferred

Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Excel, Word, and Outlook

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects

Hands-on engineering mindset with the ability to work both on the production floor and in an office environment

Responsibilities of the Manufacturing Engineer

Develop and improve manufacturing processes for aerospace composite components

Create manufacturing plans, bills of material, and outside purchase specifications from engineering drawings

Design and implement tooling improvements to improve manufacturing efficiency and product quality

Support production by troubleshooting manufacturing issues and implementing corrective actions

Work directly with customers to resolve engineering, drawing, and specification questions

Coordinate engineering activities with production, quality, contracts, and other cross-functional teams

Participate in MRB activities, root cause investigations, and corrective action implementation

Support production scheduling and help ensure customer delivery commitments are achieved

Lead or support engineering projects as assigned

Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on manufacturing processes, tooling, quality, and operational efficiency

Ensure manufacturing documentation is accurate, complete, and compliant with customer and company requirements

Provide hands-on engineering support within both manufacturing and office environments
