What You Bring To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications: High School Diploma or GED (completed before the start date) Ability to work 12-hour shifts and overtime as required Reliable transportation to Menomonie, WI (54751), or relocation before starting Experience working on equipment in extrusion, automotive repair, farm operations, industrial maintenance, manufacturing, or similar mechanical environments As part of our hiring process, candidates complete a short, job‑related assessment online or in-person.
