*What’s the job?*

In this role, you will develop and maintain detailed application guidelines for the product line. You will create a technical roadmap for new product development and establish systems to ensure that product requirements are clearly understood by various teams within Saint-Gobain Abrasives, including R&D, Manufacturing, and Sales. The incumbent must have expertise in product applications, technology, and design, along with advanced technical knowledge and skills related to product usage and end-user expectations.

Your Day-to-Day

• Participate in field testing with customers and sales teams to validate performance.
• Support issue resolution through site visits and hands-on diagnostics.
• Champion field testing to validate new products with end users.
• Conduct field evaluations for product cost reduction programs, ensuring accuracy and speed.
• Develop and deliver training programs for internal and external audiences:

*What do you bring?*

• 8\+ years of experience in new product development, technical project management or application development and analysis with an undergraduate degree
• 2\+ years of experience in new product development, technical project management or application development and analysis with a master's degree

Pay Transparency:

Provided is the national pay range for this position, which is $81,500 to $126,500 per year. However, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, among other factors.

In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for an annual bonus. The targeted bonus amount is 10% of base salary based on company and individual performance measures. The Total Target Cash range (base pay and annual bonus) for this position, is $89,650 to $139,150. Bonus payments are part of variable compensation and by nature can vary based on company and individual performance and is not a guarantee.
