We have an immediate opening in our Solon, OH headquarters for a qualified Mold Tooling and Process Engineer.

Primary Responsibilities: • Evaluate injection mold tooling for areas of concern/improvement for quality and efficiency. • Participate in new tool design reviews and recommend improvements to optimize molding, setup, and overall manufacturing. • Develop and document injection molding process parameters for new and existing thermoset and thermoplastic molds. • Troubleshoot molding processes and material issues. • Collect and analyze data for process improvements

Minimum Requirements: • College degree and/or equivalent combination of education and experience in plastics / Plastics Technology. • 5\+ years hands-on experience with plastic mold tooling. • Working knowledge of a wide range of thermoplastic and thermoset materials and their properties.

• Hands on experience with injection molding processing • Technical knowledge of injection molding machines and related equipment. • Self-motivated. • Excellent problem solving skills with an attention to detail.
