Process Engineer for III-V Semiconductor Devices
Edison is seeking an experienced Process Engineer to lead the development and optimization of advanced III-V semiconductor fabrication processes, with a focus on GaAs based laser devices
.
This is a hands on, technical role spanning both research development and device fabrication. You will play a key role in developing robust, repeatable processes and supporting the transition of experimental device concepts into reliable fabrication flow

- ionDesign and execute process development, qualification, and yield improvement experime

- sisCollaborate closely with academic researchers and external partners on process transfer and optimizat
